My apologizes for the lack of posts the past few weeks. Seems I have taken too many “bites” and my eyes were bigger than my stomach!
Here is my latest review I hope you find it helpful!
I’m a big fan of Garnier Fructis so when Bzz Agent offered to let me try the new Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Miracle Dry Oil I jumped at the chance!
Garnier Fructis has always been on my list as a great brand and I use many of their products.
Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Miracle Dry Oil was formulated to be 1 multi-use product for face, hair, and body. It’s made from 3 nutritive fruit oils – olive, avocado, & shea. It absorbs instantly leaving hair & skin feeling soft, smooth, and supple while providing long term moisture and repair.
When I first got my bottle I was amazed at how much product there was! The suggested retail price is only $5.99 for 5 fl oz.
Most of the time Garnier has $1 coupons available for their products dropping the price down even further! I normally have a few of these coupons in my coupon binder because I do like their products so much.
I tried Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Miracle Dry Oil in several ways (I wasn’t brave enough to test it on my face, sorry) from hair to legs. It’s great for soothing skin after showering, particularly if you’ve shaved your legs, (I’m going to try it as spray on shaving oil next) but so far my favorite use has been cuticle oil.
I do my own sculpted acrylics and after having my hands in pure acetone for well over an hour my poor hands were dry as can be. I sprayed on Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Miracle Dry Oil and rubbed it into my hands paying special attention to my cuticles. I followed with my regular lotion and my hands felt wonderful! They looked great too. You couldn’t tell they had just been soaking in such a harsh environment! Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Miracle Dry Oil is perfect for hands because it really does absorb as quickly as they promise and the spray bottle makes it uber convenient! I normally use olive or coconut oil but then I’m left with gross hands that need a wash afterward before I can touch anything. Not with this stuff. And unlike the fancy salon cuticle oils there is no tiny bottle to knock over spilling the goods. That’s right ladies (and fashionable gents ) this container IS purse friendly!!!
I did find a few cons with this product though. For me it does not work well on hair. I don’t have issues with a dry scalp and adding this oil into my hair made it look and feel gross.
Another issue I have is the scent. I was expecting it to smell like oil, or fruity oil. Your makeup rep from 1992 called- she wants her perfume bottle back. Yeah, one spray of this and you’re having a flash backs of big hair, door knocker earrings, and roller blades. I would love to see Garnier change the artificial heavy scent into something more natural. This product really doesn’t need it.
Overall though this is a huge beauty buy and the quality for the price is outstanding. If you need an inexpensive oil that absorbs quickly, comes in a small leak proof container, and can be used for hair or body then look no further than Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Miracle Dry Oil!
*Just a reminder that this product was provided to me free of charge courtesy of Bzz Agent. It being free did NOT influence my review. This blog is, and always has been, my honest opinions all the time!
